Concept
Maison Crivelli asked us for more than a dinner - they wanted guests to step inside the new “Safran Secret” fragrance. PPS responded with a fully-sensory environment that unfolded course by course, mirroring the perfume’s journey from vivid saffron top notes to warm, lingering woods.
What We Did
Multisensory Styling – Every element was choreographed: evolving lighting palettes, kinetic shadow play, a scent-layered floral installation, and a custom playlist that shifted tempo with each dish.
Dynamic Lighting Design – Swapped the venue’s static bulbs for programmable fixtures that bathed the room in saffron golds, deep crimsons, and smoky ambers - subtly changing between courses to cue new flavour and scent notes.
Curated Tablescape & Entry Installation – A perfume archway of tiered plinths displayed raw saffron threads, spice jars, and Maison Crivelli bottles, leading into candle-lit tables dressed with hand-dyed linens and sculptural blooms.
Global Sourcing – Pulled artisanal vessels, spices, and textural props from makers across the UAE and UK, paired with bespoke florals by Flower Factory.
Culinary Collaboration – Worked hand-in-hand with Dina Macki to ensure plating colours, aromas, and even smoke elements harmonised with the ambient lighting and soundtrack.
Impact
Guests described the evening as “tasting a fragrance in real time.” The launch generated high-engagement coverage across beauty and lifestyle outlets and reinforced Maison Crivelli’s reputation for boundary-pushing, experiential storytelling.
